Berkeley Pier

These faucets are on a pier in the Berkeley marina for fishermen to wash their catch and clean up

Found this statue at the top of the hill on California St. Someone put flowers in his hand.

Farmer's Market

Every weekend the Ferry Building in San Francisco hosts a farmer's market, with some yummy food and fresh produce. Here are some shots from this past weekend.

Morning shift

Had to work the weekend, morning shift, so took advantage of the views from my office as the sun rose. Here is a lonely barge heading out of the bay. Coit Tower is on the left.

It's Friday, and this picture gets me excited to explore some new wines. This shot was taken in October in Chicago's Bin 36, a great place to relax and enjoy some flights of wine and samples of cheese.

This is a rusty gate in front of an abandoned house in Providence, RI. I love the craftsmanship that went into the victorian homes built a century ago on the east coast.

Got the Bay Bridge here covered in fog. Typical sight in San Francisco.

This is from Boston Commons. I couldn't get the statue's face to show up without brightening up the photo too much, but I still like this image.

This children's shoe was just sitting on the post, and I thought it'd make a great foreground image with the Golden Gate in the background.

Took this in the morning, and was able to get the tide coming in.
